What to include
If your message is about an order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. That is all we need to find it.
Common questions
Most answers — sizing, shipping times, damaged items, wrong address — are already on the Returns & FAQ page. Have a look there first; it is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
Where we are
MNGA is run from Norway. Orders are produced and shipped by our production partner, so packages may arrive from a facility outside Norway depending on where you live.
