Questions about an order
Physical products are sold by Fourthwall, Inc., our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, production, shipping, product returns and refunds. For anything to do with an order — a delay, a quality issue, a wrong item, a refund — write to us with your order number and clear photos where relevant, or use the support information connected to your Fourthwall order. We will make sure it reaches the right place, and Fourthwall handles the claim under its applicable policy.
