In short: every cap is made after you order it. If it arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund you — just tell us within 30 days. Because nothing is made in advance, we cannot take back a cap simply because you changed your mind, except where the law gives you that right.
Something is wrong with my cap
Email hello@mngacaps.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Print errors, stitching faults, damage in transit and wrong items are on us — you get a replacement or your money back, and you will not be asked to pay return shipping for our mistake.
Can I return it because I changed my mind?
Caps are produced individually once ordered, so we do not run a general change-of-mind return programme, and we cannot accept a return because of fit — the cap is one size and the measurements are listed below and on the product page.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK or Norway, you may still have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Where that right applies to your order, it applies regardless of what this page says — contact us and we will honour it.
My parcel has not arrived
Give it a few days past the estimate first; international post is uneven. If tracking has not moved for a week, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not there, email us and we will chase it or send a replacement.
Wrong address
Tell us straight away. Before the parcel ships we can usually correct it. After it ships we cannot, and a parcel returned to sender can be resent once you cover the postage.
How long does it take?
Production takes a few business days because the cap is made for your order. Shipping time on top of that depends on where you are — the estimate is shown at checkout, and you get a tracking link by email when it leaves.
What size is it?
One size fits most. It is a snapback with an adjustable closure and a circumference range of 18⅞" to 23⅝" (roughly 48–60 cm).
What is it made of?
100% cotton twill, structured high-profile crown, green under visor, embroidered front, snapback closure.
How do I wash it?
Spot clean by hand with cold water and mild soap, then let it air dry in shape. Machine washing and tumble drying will flatten the crown and can distort the embroidery.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Prices are in USD. At checkout you can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Your bank converts from your own currency at their rate.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Customs duty or import VAT may be charged on arrival in some countries — that is set by your government, not by us, and is not included in the price.
