These Website Terms govern your use of mngacaps.store. Physical products offered through the website are sold by Fourthwall, Inc., not MNGA.
Product seller and Merchant of Record
MNGA creates the brand, designs and website. Physical products purchased through the Fourthwall checkout are sold by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record. The product transaction is between the customer and Fourthwall.
Fourthwall handles payment processing, sourcing and production, fulfilment, shipping, product returns and refunds subject to Fourthwall's applicable terms.
Fourthwall's merchandise terms and privacy policy apply to purchases processed through Fourthwall: Fourthwall Terms of Service and Fourthwall Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Website Terms changes or replaces Fourthwall's obligations to customers.
Buying a product
When you purchase a physical product through Fourthwall checkout, the product purchase is made from Fourthwall and is governed by Fourthwall's applicable purchase terms.
Prices on this website are shown in US dollars and reflect the product price. Shipping and any applicable taxes, duties or import charges are shown or handled during Fourthwall checkout where applicable, and additional import charges may be payable on delivery depending on the destination. Where the information at Fourthwall checkout differs from this website, the checkout information takes precedence.
Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations happen in embroidery — this is normal for a physical product.
Product returns and refunds
Product returns and refunds are administered by Fourthwall under its applicable terms. Fourthwall's standard policy generally does not provide returns or refunds for non-defective products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Returns & FAQ page.
Intellectual property
The original MNGA artwork, the design and content of this website, our original photography and the MNGA branding, to the extent we hold rights in them, belong to MNGA.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or branding. You may not copy, reproduce or reprint our designs.
Using this website
Use it normally and lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at volume, or disrupt it for others. The website is provided as it is; we work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
These Website Terms concern the website itself. Claims relating to a product purchase are governed by Fourthwall's terms as the seller. To the extent the law allows, MNGA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
