These terms cover your use of www.mngacaps.store and orders placed through it. Please read them before you buy.
Who you are dealing with
MNGA is a brand operated from Norway. Orders placed through this website are processed, produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner Fourthwall, whose checkout you are taken to when you press Buy now. Their terms also apply to the purchase itself, including payment and delivery.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or any import duties, which are calculated at checkout or charged on arrival depending on your country. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is placed.
Product photos are as accurate as we can make them. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations happen in embroidery — this is normal for a physical product and not a defect.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we or our fulfilment partner confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example if a price was listed wrongly, or an order looks fraudulent — and you will be refunded in full if we do.
Every cap is made to order, so production starts shortly after you buy. If you need to change or cancel something, contact us immediately at hello@mngacaps.store — we will do what we can, but once production has started we may not be able to stop it.
Returns and faulty goods
See the Returns & FAQ page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing there limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
Intellectual property
The MNGA name, the design on the cap, the photographs and the text on this website belong to us. Buying a cap gives you the cap — not the right to reproduce, resell as your own, or print the design yourself.
Using this website
Use it normally and lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at volume, or disrupt it for others.
Liability
We stand behind the product and will always put right a defective or missing order. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your own country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
