Everything is made to order

Nothing is produced in advance. When you order, the cap is embroidered for that order, which is why delivery takes longer than it would from a warehouse full of stock — and why nothing we make is thrown away unsold.

Who ships it

Fourthwall, Inc., our Merchant of Record, handles production, fulfilment and shipping. The parcel may come from a production facility outside Norway depending on where you are.

Production time and transit time are separate

First the cap is made, then it is shipped. Both stages take time, and the second one depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate for your order is shown by Fourthwall during checkout where available. We do not publish a fixed delivery date here, because the real one depends on the product, the destination and the carrier — and Fourthwall's estimate at checkout is the one that counts.

Tracking

Tracking is provided where available for the shipping method used, and is sent to the email address given at checkout once the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs, taxes and duties

Shipping costs, applicable taxes, duties or import charges are handled or displayed during Fourthwall checkout where applicable. Depending on the destination and the order, additional import charges may still be payable on delivery. These are set by the destination country, not by MNGA.

Where we ship

Worldwide, subject to the destinations Fourthwall can serve at checkout. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, it is not currently served.

Lost, damaged or wrong orders

Parcel problems and product issues are handled through Fourthwall's product-order support process. Email hello@mngacaps.store with your order number and we will point you to the right place, or use the support information on your Fourthwall order. The detail is on the Returns & FAQ page.
