Privacy policy

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and asks you for nothing. We cannot identify you while you browse it. You only hand over personal information once you enter checkout — and checkout is operated for us by Fourthwall.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There is no contact form, no newsletter box, no account, no cookie banner — because there are no cookies to consent to. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any comparable tracker.
What happens technically when you open the page
Two things are loaded from outside this website, and both mean the other party's servers see your IP address, as is the case for any request on the internet:
- Cloudflare serves this website and logs standard request data such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site online.
- Fourthwall supplies the product name, price and photos shown on the page. Your browser fetches those directly from Fourthwall's servers.
Neither is used by us to build a profile of you, and neither is combined with anything else.
When you buy
Pressing Buy now hands your order over to Fourthwall, which runs the checkout, takes the payment and produces and ships the cap. The name, address, email address and payment details you enter there are collected and processed by Fourthwall under their own privacy policy — not by this website. We never see or store your card details.
From Fourthwall we receive what we need to run the shop: order details, the shipping country, and your email address if you contact us or ask for updates about your order.
Why we are allowed to hold that
To perform the contract with you (getting your order made and delivered) and to meet accounting obligations. If you sign up for marketing emails, that is separate and based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you, and deleted after that.
Your rights
If you are in Norway or the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to see the personal data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, object to its processing, and receive a copy. Write to hello@mngacaps.store and we will handle it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Norway that is Datatilsynet.
Children
This shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
