MNGA does not run advertising tracking or analytics on mngacaps.store. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account and no cookie banner, because the site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We verified this by inspecting the site: no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no third-party scripts, no tracking pixels.

We cannot identify you from browsing alone. That is not the same as no data existing: like any website, the technical service providers below process limited technical data such as IP address, device and browser information and request logs in order to deliver the page.

Hosting — Cloudflare

The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data including IP address, browser type and request logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Product information — Fourthwall

Product names, prices and photographs shown on this website are loaded directly from Fourthwall's servers by your browser. That request reaches Fourthwall and its image provider, which means they receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads. No identifying information is sent by us with those requests.

Checkout — Fourthwall

Pressing Buy now takes you to Fourthwall, Inc., our Merchant of Record. The name, address, email address and payment details you enter there are collected and processed by Fourthwall and its payment providers under Fourthwall Privacy Policy.

MNGA does not receive or store customers' full payment-card details. Payment information entered during checkout is processed by Fourthwall and its payment providers.

What MNGA may receive

Through the shop administration Fourthwall provides, and through email, MNGA may have access to limited personal data — for example your name, delivery country, email address and order details — where that is needed for:

• customer support and answering your messages;
• order administration and visibility of orders placed;
• accounting and business records.

Where MNGA determines how and why that data is used, MNGA acts as the data controller for it. For the checkout itself, Fourthwall's own policy governs.

Email to us

If you email hello@mngacaps.store, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, and our email provider processes it in order to deliver it.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (handling your order and support); legitimate interests (keeping the website available and secure, and running the shop); and legal obligation (accounting and bookkeeping records). If we ever send marketing email, that would be based on your consent, which you could withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you and deleted after that. Hosting logs are kept for the limited period our providers retain them.

Your rights

If you are in Norway or the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. Similar rights apply in the UK and in some other countries. Write to hello@mngacaps.store and we will handle what is ours to handle, and point you to Fourthwall for data held by them as part of the checkout.

Complaints

You can complain to your national data protection authority. In Norway that is Datatilsynet; in the EU/EEA it is the authority in the country where you live.

Children

This shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
